At Kitt & Co we aspire to make beautiful things. Beautiful things that fill the home, that become part of the everyday, things you can’t live without.

Sometimes inspiration comes from unexpected places. Random texture, organic colours and traditional forms. These all help inform and influence our design direction and the ultimate outcome of our pieces. Form, function and aesthetics are always in play when considering how our pieces will integrate seamlessly into the lives of our customers and clients.

After careers as senior creatives in the design industry and fling with a busy food business we decided to relocate to a remote part of Australia to find space and once again be inspired by our natural environment. Being based in Tasmania means we have access to 100% renewable energy through hydro electric and wind power which keeps our carbon footprint very small. More recently Tasmania has been given the status of one of the few places on the planet which is truly carbon negative.

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Tasmanian Aboriginal people as the traditional and original owners, and continuing custodians of this land on which we gather today and acknowledge Elders - past and present.
